By using TopUp Pi, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Service

TopUp Pi enables users to recharge mobile phones using the Pi cryptocurrency. All users must be authenticated via the Pi Network through the Pi Browser.

2. Payment & Orders

• All payments are processed using the official Pi SDK.
• Orders are only fulfilled once the transaction is confirmed by the Pi Network.
• Prices are displayed in Pi, calculated dynamically from the base USD value.

2.1 Gift Cards

• Gift card purchases are processed instantly once the Pi transaction is confirmed.
• Codes are displayed on the screen and sent via confirmation email if available.
• Ensure you select the correct country and brand before payment – codes may be region-locked.
• We are not responsible for incorrect usage or redemption issues due to user error.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant nature of mobile top-ups, all sales are final. Ensure your phone number and country code are correct before confirming payment.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your Pi identity and device. We do not store passwords or sensitive login data.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
