Terms & Conditions

By using TopupPi, you agree to the following terms and legal information. If you do not agree, you must not use this service.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, "Service" means the TopupPi.com platform operated by DIGITAL EFORIE ORG SRL, including all digital products (mobile top-ups, gift cards, vouchers) processed via the Pi Network. "User" means any individual accessing the Service through Pi Browser using the official Pi SDK authentication. "Order" means any purchase confirmed via Pi payment.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity under your local law (e.g., be at least 18 years old) and comply with all applicable regulations in your country of residence when using the Service.

3. Use of Service

TopupPi enables users to recharge mobile phones and purchase digital gift cards using the Pi cryptocurrency. All users must be authenticated via the Pi Network through the Pi Browser.

4. Payment & Orders

4.1 Gift Cards

5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

According to EU Directive 2011/83 and Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), digital products delivered instantly (such as mobile top-ups and gift card codes) are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, all sales are final. Please ensure your phone number, country code, and product selection are correct before confirming payment. In the exceptional case of non-delivery due to a verified supplier-side error, we may issue a replacement or credit at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Uses

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, UI/UX, and software on TopupPi.com are owned by DIGITAL EFORIE ORG SRL. Use of the Service does not grant any license to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for interruptions or delays caused by third parties (telecom operators, gift card suppliers, Pi Network) or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Access via Pi SDK (No Local Accounts)

Access is provided solely through Pi Browser using Pi SDK authentication. We do not store Pi Network credentials, passwords, or sensitive login data. You are responsible for securing your device and Pi identity. For Pi account issues, contact Pi Network support.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect minimal billing information (name, email, phone, billing address) needed to process orders and provide confirmations. All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679). For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Communications & Notices

Order confirmations, updates, and notices may be delivered on-screen within the Service and/or via email (if provided). By using the Service, you consent to receive such communications related to your orders and account access via Pi SDK.
