Before You Contact Us
- Ensure you are using the Pi Browser with a valid Pi username.
- Double-check the phone number, country code, and operator before submitting.
- Check your transaction history in your Pi Wallet to confirm payment status.

Typical Response Time
Our team usually replies within 24 hours on business days. Please include your Pi username and phone number used for the TopUp.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds once the recharge is processed.
- We cannot reverse TopUps made to incorrect numbers.
