- Allow up to 24 hours for non-completed orders unless the order already completed successfully.
- Keep your order number and Pi payment confirmation available.
- Add screenshots when you want us to review a wallet, code or delivery issue faster.
Response times
We review disputes and support requests as quickly as possible. Completed orders can be disputed immediately; pending deliveries should be allowed up to 24 hours first.
